Tim has been practising law and alternative dispute resolution since he was admitted to the bar in 1994. He has a BA from the University of Canterbury and an LLB from the University of Auckland. Tim has been an Associate of the Arbitrators' & Mediators' Institute of New Zealand Inc. (AMINZ) since 2004. and was appointed a Disputes Tribunal Referee in November 2008.
